For students travelling from East Malvern to Melbourne Uni, this is very almost the most efficient means of public transport, but beyond that the Route 3, (and it’s harder working weekend counterpart the 3a) is so much more. It connects St Kilda horse racing lovers with the Caulfield Racecourse, fans of the architecture of St Kilda Town Hall with the natural beauty of the Botanical Gardens, and book lovers can check out a book from the state library and take it with them to read on a rollercoaster at Luna Park!
